Results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation. For comparison of average expenditure among different age groups, those patients between 18 and 44 years old were used as reference. For comparison of average expenditure between different gender groups, male patients were used as reference. For comparison of average expenditure between groups of different payment method, those patients in the FFS group were used as reference
