Luciferase activity in MCF7 cells +/-c-Mybtransfected withUGT1A4common or variant promoters. Cells were transfected either with UGT1A4 promoter constructs containing all common alleles or UGT1A4 promoter constructs containing all variant alleles in locations -163, -217 and -219. Cells were treated with 10 mM fulvestrant and luciferase activity was measured, and is displayed as fold-change *p value = 0.01.
